WARRANTY INFORMATION

There is no better way for a company to earn your trust than to guarantee the quality of their service. That is why Essence Painting & Restoration, Inc. will perform excellent service and we will guarantee it!

INTERIOR LIMITED WARRANTY – Essence Painting & Restoration, Inc. guarantees labor and materials for two years. If paint failure occurs, we will correct the conditions at no cost.

Excludes: Damages caused by accidents, abuse, settling, moisture, expansion and contraction.

EXTERIOR LIMITED WARRANTY – Essence Painting & Restoration, Inc.  offers the following guarantee over a four-year period. During the three-year period we will maintain any paint failure at no cost. Fourth year we will offer the same service for a discounted rate of $45.00 per hour for up to 20 hours on the job.

Excludes: Decks, steps, gutters, downspouts, ice damming, roof leaks, and rotting wood.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

At the end of the project, our team of experts abide by a company checklist to ensure that everything has been completed to the satisfaction of the customer. The customer will have a 72-hour window to report any issues or concerns that they may have with their project.
